   CahitData Science & AI specialist at SAP, focusing on supply-chain AI in Walldorf.

   Cahit is a Data Science expert (AI specialist) at SAP SE in Walldorf, working with SAP Supply Chain Management product units to bring new AI capabilities to customers. He previously helped build the machine learning engine for SAP Predictive Asset Insights, as developer, data scientist, and product manager, and has published research in predictive maintenance (international conference, 2022). At SAP since 2003. BSc Industrial Engineering, Marmara University (Istanbul); MSc IT & Automation Systems, Esslingen. Native Turkish; fluent in English and German. Lives in Walldorf with his wife and their 15-year-old son.
